- learn driving by this week (11th jan sat)
- drink veggie/fruit smoothie daily
- stop eating junk food/carbs (pizza and rice dishes and burgers)
- walk 45 mins-1 hr mins daily after coming to work (6pm-7pm)
- don’t sleep your weekends away
- clean the house, esp on sat and sundays, one step and task at a time
- be more sociable, don’t refuse outings.
- drink 6-8 cups water daily
- pray, be a lil religious
- try to find a guy by the end of this year
- be a lil more feminine
